Mr. Swaminathan is presently a Director of a Mobile Software Technology firm. He has 25 years of experience in Aviation, mainly on the commercial side. He has worked for 17 years with Tata Tea Ltd in the fields of Marketing, Sales, Supply chain and as Director - Special Projects. He was an invitee for CSR committee of the Board of Tata Tea. He was the Tata Tea nominee in the Board of Kanan Devan Plantations Pvt Ltd, Munnar, Kerala for 3 years. He transformed the micro-finance business of a non-profit to a Private Ltd company with investments from prestigious institutions like IFC, NorFund etc. He is presently a consultant to CII - South Zone and a member of the CSR Committee.

A Graduate in Economics, with PGDM in Marketing & Sales, Mr Swaminathan holds a PhD in Marketing.

Prof. Venkataraman is a logistics professional with an experience of 37 years in the logistics industry, comprising 20 years in Aviation and 17 years in Shipping. He launched Indian Airlines services to Singapore from India and was the Country Manager for four years. Subsequently, in 1991, he joined a shipping company in Singapore as a director and dealt with leading international clients during his tenure. He continues to remain in the company's board.

On his relocation to India in the year 2006, Prof. Venkataraman joined XIME, Bangalore as a professor teaching Corporate Strategy and Marketing. He was subsequently elevated to Dean and finally to Director of the Institute. Currently he is a visiting faculty in LIBA, Chennai and other leading management institutes in South India. He holds a BSc degree and a PGDM from XLRI,Jamshedpur. He also holds an MSc degree in Logistics Management from Aston University UK and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport UK.

Prof. Madhusoodhanan is currently working as a Professor of Management studies at Sree Narayana Gurukulam College of Engineering near Cochin. Previously, he was with Cochin College as a Professor of Management for almost 23 years. He has worked as a Financial Analyst with the Government of Jamaica for 2 years. His passion for environmental issues led him to work as state coordinator of the Kanan Devan Nature club of Tata Tea Ltd. He was the coordinator in implementing "affirmative action" programmes in many colleges in Kerala.

Prof. Madhusoodhanan holds a Post Graduate degree in commerce, with an M.Phil in Marketing and a Ph D in Management & Sociology.
